Maureen Showers is Director of Human Resources, where she is responsible for partnering with the commercial leaders for the  Animal Health business at AmerisourceBergen. She serves as the strategic HR partner, employee champion, talent driver and change leader for the group. She previously served as a Senior Corporate Recruiter supporting all AmerisourceBergen field sales roles.
 
Before joining AmerisourceBergen, Maureen spent her career in the staffing industry where she specialized in the placement of Accounting and Finance professionals in direct hire career opportunities. In this role, she developed long term business relationships with clients throughout the US, assisting them in navigating through the hiring process from start to finish. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and Finance from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania.
