Simply fill out this form to share your specific delivery instructions and hours with FedEx. The driver will keep these in mind when delivering your shipments.
You can easily track your shipments here — you’ll just need your tracking number.
FedEx doesn’t always require a signature for deliveries. The signature requirement is selected by the shipper when they’re creating the shipping label.
Signatures are required when shipping hazardous materials and controlled substances.

Schedule a pickup online
1. Go to the fedex.com/grd/rpp/
2. Enter the tracking number on the return label
3. Complete the required information
4. Next, choose whether it’s a business or residential shipment, the date (you can schedule a return up to 14 days in advance), and give any special instructions for the driver.
5. Click on schedule pickup, the site returns with a confirmation.
Schedule a pickup by phone
1. Call 800-GOFEDEX
2. Say ‘Return pickup’ when prompted for the reason for your call
3. Proceed to schedule a pickup
Drop off your shipment at a FedEx location
If you have your return label or QR code, you can also pack your shipment yourself and drop it off at a nearby location. Find a drop-off location near you here.
