What’s new in the myAnimalRx Admin Portal

Notification of hazardous product fees

What’s new: While there has always been a fee associated with hazardous products, our site will now make it clear that there is a hazard handling fee per item. This information is now prominently displayed in the product description, cart, and checkout screen.  

Benefits:

  • Clear visibility of any additional fees associated with hazardous products
  • Improved transparency for better financial planning and decision-making

Notification of order failures

 

What’s new: To ensure that order failures are promptly identified and addressed, clinic admins and customers will now receive an email notification whenever an order fails. These notifications will include the reasons for the failure, where applicable.

Benefits:

  • Immediate awareness of order failures to prevent delays
  • Detailed failure reasons to assist in quick resolution and reordering
 
Custom pricing update 

What’s new: Your ability to enter customized pricing by margin or fixed price has not changed, but now the manner of pricing entry is displayed with greater clarity.

  • Fixed pricing entries display bold black. If the fixed pricing entry is larger than base cost, the resulting margin is positive and displays as green font. If the fixed price entry is less than base cost, the resulting negative margin displays as red font. 
  • Specific margin entry (different than base margin) displays green font.

  • Method of custom price entry can be identified immediately
  • Review of the customer facing price can be conducted quickly
