1. Manufacturer annual pricing list automation
Overview: With the new Manufacturer Annual Pricing List Automation feature, you have the power to quickly apply manufacturer allocated pricing to your retail pricing levels with just a click or two of your mouse. This new feature eliminates the cumbersome individual product pricing updates and overrides you may have experienced in the past.
Key benefits:
- Efficiency: Easily apply the updated pricing for the new year from the manufacturer price list
- Time-saving: Complete your pricing updates for the entire year with minimal effort
- Accuracy: Ensure uniformity and accuracy in your retail pricing by utilizing manufacturer allocated pricing
How it works (detailed instructions below):
- Navigate to the Manufacturer Price List section on our website
- Select the manufacturer price list
- Apply the pricing to your retail pricing levels with a single click
2. New notification for expiring prescriptions
Overview: We have added a new notification feature to help you stay on top of prescription renewals. You will now see a clickable notification on the dashboard screen for prescriptions expiring in the next 7 days. This feature allows you to easily manage upcoming prescription renewals.
Key benefits:
- Proactive management: Reduce last-minute prescription refill requests
- Convenience: Quickly ignore or renew expiring prescriptions with a simple click
- Awareness: Keep your clinic informed of upcoming needs for your customers
How it works:
- A notification will appear on your dashboard for prescriptions expiring in the next 7 days
- Click the notification link to view the expiring prescriptions
- Choose to ignore or renew the prescriptions as needed
3. Self-service order cancellation
Overview: We understand that sometimes orders are placed by mistake or are no longer needed. A cancel order button will now be available for orders have been placed that are in a pending approval status. So you have the ability to cancel orders at have not been processed without contacting customer support.
*Please keep in mind if an order has already gone to MWI fulfillment for processing you will still need to reach out to customer support.

How it works:
- Navigate to the order section on our website
- Select the order that is pending approval or has not been sent for processing
- Click the cancel button to cancel the order
Instructions
As a new software program for production animal producers, our website allows you to place orders for animal health products efficiently. Here’s how you can utilize the new features:
1. Manufacturer annual pricing list automation:
- Go to the Products tab and select Manage Price list
- Then select Manufacturer Price List tab
- Select the Manufacturer Price List you need then the Clinic Price Level you would like to apply it to
- Review then Click Apply the pricing to your retail levels with a single click
2. New notification for expiring prescriptions:
- Monitor the dashboard for notifications about expiring prescriptions
- Click the notification to Renew or Ignore expiring prescriptions
- Ignoring an expiring prescription will remove it from the view on this tab but will not discontinue the prescription until the date it expires
- Renewing will allow the user to view, manage and update the prescription
3. Self-service order cancellation:
- Go to the Order section in the navigation bar
- Select the relevant order that is pending approval or has not been sent for processing
- Click the cancel button to cancel the order
- Confirm you would like to cancel the order in the pop up
- The order cancelled will now show a status of canceled with a date and timestamp along with the name of who cancelled the order
