Introducing your new bulk email feature
Now, you can easily send messages to one, multiple, or all of your saved customers—directly from your myAnimalRX site. Here’s how to get started:
How to send an email
- Navigate to the NEW Message Center: Go to your account drop down and select the Message Center.
Create your new message by:
1. Choosing your recipients: Select one, multiple, or all of your saved customers from your contact list.
2. Compose your message: Add your message
3. Personalize it: Add your business logo or images to make your email visually engaging.
4. Send your email: Click the Send Message button when you’re ready!
5. Templates tab
6. Save as a Template (Optional): If you plan to use this format again, save it in the Templates tab for easy access.
Tracking your sent messages
- View History: Keep track of your sent emails in the History tab.
- Monitor Engagement: See which messages were successfully delivered and engage with customers efficiently.
