Jesse joined AmerisourceBergen in July 2016 as Senior Counsel for the company’s animal health businesses. He manages the legal affairs for MWI Animal Health, Securos Surgical, AllyDVM, and Micro Technologies, and also advises the management team on legal issues spanning the business. From July 2013 to July 2016, Jesse served as Senior Counsel, Corporate Services for Bridgestone Americas, Inc. Prior to that, he practiced law as an associate for Hogan Lovells specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities, finance, and corporate law. Jesse received his JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Boise State University.
